You never had any issues like this until you installed 4.50? This never happened prior to that?

I don't think there is anything wrong with your setup. This is a property of Destiny (and Halo, for example). It's maximum turn speed is slow compared to CoD and BF. The best thing to do is try to best match your physical mouse movement to that of the maximum reticle speed on screen.

Welcome to the community. Do you play any other games? It would help to know if you have any issues like this on other games you play.

Welcome to the community. You can plug any genuine X1 controller into your XIM4 -- there is no sync necessary. Are you having an issue with a different controller?

Welcome to the community. Is this a DS4 slim or on a Pro console? If so, can you please upgrade to our latest firmware?:

Added, thanks. :)

I'm not sure -- USB is a complicated protocol that requires everything on the bus to behavior according to spec. If one device doesn't do that, it could disrupt or bring down other connected devices. If your G13 is causing USB errors it could conceivably make it so that your XIM4 can't communicate correctly with your DS4.

I don't think it's related to power since with the light off with the G13 it draws hardly any power.

It could be a change on how this update handles audio and how it affects other wired USB devices plugged in with respect to communication.

Thanks for continuing help us troubleshoot this.

Of you ever have the opportunity, it would be good to know if you can reproduce the issue with only your XIM4 plugged into your PS4.

So you have a mix amp powered by your PS4 as well?

Yes, Mac is supported, you can access our Mac firmware upgrade tool here:

Android and iOS are both supported platforms for configuration (via our XIM4 Manager app).

Welcome to the community. You can upgrade your firmware using a mac and configure your XIM4 using an iPhone.

For our latest firmware:
For info about iPhone:

Thanks for helping troubleshoot. Is the light on your G13 on at the time? Does it happen if the light is off?

Also, what else do you have plugged into your PS4 other than your XIM4?

Thanks for following up. The fact that it happened prior to the patch (even though less) is still an issue. You should never have disconnects under any circumstances. For example, we can run for days on PS4 without disconnects.

We've actually been considering including a high-quality cable in the box since this issue hits a lot of PS4 owners.
