It does not work for ios? Please update using this version, it has the latest hardware support.

You can find the latest firmware below. Please read the instructions on the download page.

The firmware isn't installed via a phone, a PC or Mac is required to update the firmware. You may be referring to a game support update or the Manager version number.

Please open Manager, go to menu->about and share the firmware version number listed there. It will start with 4.00.

Thanks for confirming. Is the button assignment issue also affecting the mouse? It continues to say 'listening' when attempting to bind both mouse and keyboard buttons?

Thanks for confirming. Now that XIM4 can communicate with your controller it has revealed this issue.

This can happen for two reasons, a usb issue with the console which is resolved by hard reset or an attached cable or device conflict. Since you've tried the former I recommend this test.

1) Disconnect XIM4 from the console
2) Disconnect the controller from XIM4
3) Reconnect XIM4 to the console with the mouse and keyboard attached but the controller disconnected
4) Test for input in Manager

If you can see input in Manager from your mouse and keyboard this indicates an issue with one of the following

- Controller cable
- XIM4 cable
- Controller

It's usually the controller cable so I would begin by trying other cables with the controller. If you find that the micro usb cables you have on hand are not resolving the issue then I recommend trying cables by amazon or anker.

Siege has a lower turn speed limit than some other games. Do you see a quick flashing red light? If so this is the game's maximum turn speed limit. What you can do for optimal performance is set the in-game sensitivity to max and use the in-game settings listed here:

http://xim4.com/settings

Once this is verified I suggest using a high or max DPI and then adjusting your Hip and ADS sensitivity as needed. Pay attention to the flashing red lights on XIM4 when moving your mouse. Console games have a maximum speed that they allow you to turn. This max turn speed will vary between games and is a limit set by the game developer. XIM4 flashes red lights when you've reached the turn speed limit. If you continue moving faster than what the game allows then that movement is ignored and you may see less movement as a result. By either lowering your sensitivity or moving your mouse slower to stay under or ride the turn speed limit should result in more onscreen movement.
